Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of your balance:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

If you wish to close your account — temporarily or permanently — please contact support chat. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonus balances will not be refunded.

• If KYC information cannot be verified.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 18 months).
• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• As required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Taka 15 reserves the right to amend these terms in whole or in part at any time. For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be provided via email or an on-site notification.

Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

If any part of these terms is deemed unlawful by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The date of the most recent update to this document is stated at the top of the page.
